How many of you out there get the same horrible advice from your friends and family on how to lose weight? I know I used to. Greeted by 3 amazing pictures of their food, I was instantly enticed. Not only is this food REAL, but its fresh, delivered DAILY to your front door!
Any other diet that involves eating the ‘’diet’’ food usually means they’ll ship you a lifetime supply of frozen TV dinners that never end. I don’t know about you, but when you can hold your entire meal in a frozen ice block, it might be time for a change in lifestyle.
The Fresh Diet’s food is always cooked and prepared every day, fresh, in a kitchen with professional gourmet chefs. Not only that, but you get 4 choices for each meal time. It’s kind of like a “choose your own ending” book, except this time it’s your food. You get to pick all of your meals, including two sides and two snacks. Out of all those categories you get to pick from, there are 4 choices for each one except the sides & snacks, then there are 6. Now you’re probably wondering if you have read this far, is “how much is this diet gonna cost me?” That depends. They have many different programs available, the 7-day, 14-day, the 31 day (the most popular of the programs), and a 90-day. Now the daily price is affected by which program you choose. For the most “bang for your buck”, customers usually go with the 30 day chef’s choice package, which runs about $35.00 a day.
